Since 2013, Pilates has been a constant in my life after experiencing the transformative effects it has had on my own body and mind. This personal journey ignited a desire to share the amazing benefits of Pilates with others, leading me to pursue a career as an instructor. My teaching philosophy centres around the belief that Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or body type. I aim to create a calm and supportive environment and deliver a class experience that will leave you feeling strong, balanced and revitalised - ready to take on the world!
