Full Equipment
In this class you'll have access to all of our Pilates equipment: Trapeze, Chair, Reformer, Barrel, small arch, and classic mat work. Known as our ‘gym’ class, you’ll be in a group setting but work to your own individual programme at your own pace.
We'll craft a tailor-made program just for you, so you can progress towards your movement goals. You’ll become comfortable using all of our equipment and gain a deeper understanding and confidence in your body!
Spring Wall
Spring Wall Pilates provides a low impact yet challenging workout suitable for all fitness levels. In these classes you can expect a full-body workout that combines traditional Pilates exercises with the use of spring resistance. It’s a fun and energising class that emphasises core engagement, you will leave standing tall and feeling strong!

1:1 Classes
In a 1:1 session you will have undivided attention, feedback, and personalised classes with your teacher. Our skilled teachers will take a tailored approach to your session, responding to your posture and movement. Using a range of our Pilates equipment, you’ll go through the exercises that are most suitable for your needs.
If you have an injury or a medical diagnosis, this is an optimal way to experience how Pilates can enhance your well-being, boost balance, and facilitate your body’s rehabilitation.

There’s two ways to become a member: If you have any injuries or concerns you will need to select our New to studio 1-1’s introductory sessions. If you are injury free and looking to enhance your fitness, then you can join through our new to studio introductory classes. See our new to studio booking page.
During your New to Studio sessions your teacher will recommend the best regular class for you.
Yes, absolutely. All you need to do is cancel the class you are wanting to change 24 hours in advance and then book an alternative class. Please note you cannot reschedule a class under 24 hours before it starts.
All you need to do is cancel the classes that you will miss whilst you are away, then once you return you can book all your missed classes in and make up for lost Pilates time. So, you get to do extra classes on your return and iron back out all the travelling aches and pains.
