Movement has always been my passion and I have been lucky enough to pursue this as a career from dancing and performing to fitness for way over 15 years! Though my love of Pilates started way back at University through the daily classes to support dance technique and injury rehabilitation, so I quickly realised this love would stay with me throughout my life. 20 years later I’m teaching it! Pilates can empower you to move and heal and can not only provide us with stronger bodies but stronger minds. You will find a warm welcome in my class and a safe space to explore and learn. Laughter and friendships also come as standard!
