During your New to Studio sessions your teacher will recommend the best regular class for you.
Yes, absolutely. All you need to do is cancel the class you are wanting to change 24 hours in advance and then book an alternative class. Please note you cannot reschedule a class under 24 hours before it starts.
All you need to do is cancel the classes that you will miss whilst you are away, then once you return you can book all your missed classes in and make up for lost Pilates time. So, you get to do extra classes on your return and iron back out all the travelling aches and pains.
Yes, at any time. You can do this through your booking account, provided you give a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Yes, we highly recommend booking your classes on a recurring booking once you have selected your regular class. This is then your priority booking and no one else can nab your spot. No wait list or missing out.
We will make sure you are in the most suitable class for your needs. So, this can vary from as little as 4 to a maximum of 7.
All our teachers are fully comprehensively trained and have to do a specific amount of training hours and teaching hours before they even take their exam. Check out our teaches page to learn about our amazing team.
We have 36 classes on our ever-growing timetable, and we are open Monday to Saturday from 7.30-9.00. Have a look at our timetable to see full details.
