- Consent for allowing a student to observe a class you are attending if you have given this consent.
- The contact details of the person you nominate as your emergency contact person, the phone number, name, email address, personal address.
- Which classes you attend in our studio and when you attend them.
- Your purchase history of classes and products.
- Your questionnaires in relation with Goal planning.
We do this to help make sure that all Pilates practitioners and instructors that work in The Pilates Station, have the correct and relevant information to ensure you are in the best class for your needs and in a safe effective exercise environment.
We collect the information so we can:
- Ensure you are attending the best class for you.
- Keep up to date with our customers needs and tailor classes and the timetable to suit this.
- Provide a service that is efficient to the personal needs of our clients.
- To develop as a small business.
- To improve the site by monitoring how you use it.
- Gather feedback to improve our services, for example our email alerts.
- Respond to any feedback you send us, if you’ve asked us to.
- Send email alerts to users who request them.

We share your data with our website host on the WIX.com platform who we also use as our main booking and payment site. Your data will be processed on Acuity Scheduling. in order to provide an online booking and payment service. This is a safe secure established system. Our website is hosted on the Webflow platform. Webflow provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Webflow / Acuity Scheduling data storage, databases and the general related applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Our services are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 13 years of age or younger. We do not intentionally collect or maintain data about anyone under the age of 13.
