Yes, booking is essential! Spaces are limited, so secure your spot today. Once booked, one of our team members will call to book you into a trial class or 1-1 consultation.
After signing up and creating your free account, you'll receive a phone call from our team to book a trial class or 1-1 consultation.
Not at all! The open day is completely free, giving you the chance to experience Pilates and our equipment at no cost.
Nope! We provide all the equipment and refreshments you’ll need. Just make sure you come wearing something comfy like leggings, joggers, a t-shirt or gym top, and non-slip socks. No trainers are needed.
That’s okay! Just contact us, and we’ll arrange an alternative time during the week or set up a meeting with one of our teachers.
There’s ample on-street parking available for a small fee near the building. Alternatively, free parking is available within a 10–15 minute walk.
